Rush Production | Luxury Event Favors

Need your event favors sooner than our standard production timeframe?

Rush Production may be available for select Luxury Event Favor orders from The Alexandre House by DTZ.

Our standard event-favor production timeframe is approximately 3–4 weeks before shipping. When approved, Rush Production may reduce production time to approximately 7–14 business days, depending on order quantity, available inventory, fragrance selection, packaging availability, and our current production schedule.

Please contact The Alexandre House by DTZ before purchasing Rush Production.

Rush orders are accepted based on availability and cannot be guaranteed until your requested quantity, fragrance, packaging, event date, and production timeline have been reviewed and approved.

After receiving your request, we will confirm whether we are able to accommodate your event date before you purchase the Rush Production add-on.

What Qualifies for Rush Production?

Rush Production is generally available only for our standard Luxury Event Favor selections, including:

• Currently available Alexandre House fragrances
• In-stock 10 mL Room & Linen Spray bottles
• Standard Alexandre House fragrance labels
• Available gift-box options
• In-stock ribbon colors

Rush orders requiring specialty materials or products that must be specially ordered may require additional time and may not qualify for rush service.

Custom Fragrance Creation is not eligible for standard Rush Production, as custom fragrances require development, sampling, customer approval, and additional production time.

Custom labels or insert cards may be accommodated on some rush orders depending on design complexity and available production time, but they must be approved in advance.

Production Time vs. Shipping Time

The 7–14 business day Rush Production timeframe applies to production only.

Shipping and carrier transit time are not included in the Rush Production timeframe.

Rush Production does not guarantee that your package will arrive by a particular event date once it has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for allowing adequate shipping time and selecting an appropriate shipping method at checkout.

If expedited shipping is needed, additional shipping charges may apply.

Last-Minute Events

Have an event coming up in less than two weeks?

Please contact us before ordering.

In some cases, we may be able to accommodate a last-minute event using fragrances, packaging, labels, and materials that are already in stock.

Orders needed in less than 7 business days are not guaranteed and will be considered individually based on availability, quantity, production capacity, and shipping destination.

Additional charges may apply for exceptionally short production timelines.

Order Changes

Because rush orders are moved ahead in our production schedule, changes to fragrance, quantity, packaging, personalization, or other order details may not be possible once production has begun.

Please carefully review and confirm all order details before approving production.
